- Photosensitive Coating:
Our coating is syntheszed from imported photosensitive and resin which provides the PS plate with excellent anti-alkali property, high stability ,and high sensitivity .Scientific synthesis of photosensitive composition improves the resolution.
- Multi-Grains:
Multi-Grains improve the hydrophilic property of the non-image areas of the plate. It broadens the ink and water tolerance. The finest dots can be reproduced. The run-length of the plate increase because the coating adheres to the grains toughly.
- Matter Surface:
Tiny airway pellets on the plate's surface shortens the vacuuming time during exposure. It also helps to prevent the image from dot loss.
- Hydrophilic Treatment:
Excellent hydrophilic property speeds up the ink-water balance proceduce and helps to reduce water comsumption during printing process. Good water retaining capability prevents non-image areas of the plate from scumming and avoids paper from distortion. Thus ,the printing quality is improved.
- Anodic-Oxidized Layer:
A durable and strong oxidized surface formed after the anodic oxidation treatment on the Aluminium support. As a result, the printing capacity of the plate is greatly increased. This layer also resists the corrosive effect done by the correction fluid.
